Levels Performance: More than Reps and Sets
“In a world with a ton of noise out there, we must separate the noise from the information. In order to do this we must have better models. Here is a list of resources that I have found helpful and frequently revisit. By no means are these books and podcast solutions, there are merely a blueprint of possibilities and opportunities. If you have come from the strength and conditioning world or baseball world don’t be afraid to pull inspiration from a completely different field or modality. One of my favorite quotes is from the legend Ido Portal “this has nothing to do with it and everything to do with it.” I hope that you find some of these resources helpful and don’t be afraid to reach out or give some feedback.” – Coach Jackson
